We are centrally located in Richmond, Virginia, which allows us to service clients throughout the Greater Richmond area, as well as Charlottesville, Northern Virginia, Virginia Beach, Northern Neck, Maryland, and North Carolina.

Receiving
We receive, inspect and document your item's condition upon arrival.
Each item is then uploaded into Hallmark's customer portal so you check the status of your items from your computer, phone, or tablet.
You can opt into our 11-Point inspection service, where we offer a detail-oriented inspection to ensure the quality of your item is up to your standards.
We carefully unwrap, photograph any imperfections from large dents to small scratches, and then notify you of their defects. We don’t ever want you to be surprised during an install because of the condition of an item.
Storage
Once your items are inspected, our highly-trained team will repackage and carefully store your pieces. We treat your items like they are our own and strive to deliver nothing but the best to you and your clients.
You are welcome to store your items here for as little or as long as your project requires. We offer temperature control upon request. To ensure the safety of your items, our building is equipped with state of the art security and a fire detection system
Delivery
Once you and your team are ready for install, our staff will work with you to schedule a date and time, with as many or as little men that your job requires. Our portal ensures a smooth process so that all items you are expecting will be delivered safely to your project.
Then, our white-glove delivery teams will offload, open and place all of your items into their correct place. Our team offers professionals who are trained to handle high-end goods, including case goods, unique accessories and more. We will assemble, install, and take all the trash away.

We know the design community and the clients you serve. Since 2012, we have owned and operated Hallmark Rugs, which specializes in custom cut, hand bound area rugs, stair runners and wall-to-wall carpet installation.
In 2017, we introduced Hallmark Receiving to further support the needs of your business.
