From the time your items reach our warehouse doors, we treat them like our own. We take great care to securely wrap and prepare your items for storage. We know the high level of care we would expect someone to take with our own valuables and strive to deliver nothing but the best to you and your clients.

Attention to Detail

We offer a detail-oriented inspection service to ensure your items are in the condition you expect. Our team is trained to identify potential manufacturer flaws and/or damage incurred during shipping. And, we notify you with pictures and a description of any issues discovered. We don’t ever want you to be surprised during an install because of the condition of an item.

We are a white glove receiver. Our uniformed, professional delivery teams are experts at end-to-end handling of high-end goods, including case goods, upholstered items, unique accessories and more. And, if there is ever an issue during an install, we maintain a can-do attitude and handle conversations discreetly with you - and never in front of your client.

Client Portal

Once your item is received, we will add it to our exclusive client portal. There, you can access photos and details of your full inventory, anytime, through our website or app. All communication about your pieces will be documented here.

Open Communication

We pride ourselves on our transparent pricing, clear communication and accessibility. You receive access to the owner, managers and delivery teams. We want to make it easy for you to get the information you need, when you need it.

Onsite Repairs

We have relationships with local furniture repair and upholstery professionals in the event you need an emergency repair. Repairs can be done right in our warehouse, which saves your items from having to travel offsite for repairs.

Confidentiality

We understand the interior design business and how important it is keeping your clients and your business where they belong: with you. We will never disclose you or your client’s information to anyone outside of our company.
